Sunday Ademola Babarinde (MBA,FCA,FCS, FCTI,ACMR)

Managing Director / CEO​

Mr Babarinde is the MD/CEO of the company charged with the day-to-day running of the organization. He read Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan and has MBA in Banking and Finance. Mr Babarinde is a fellow of the following professional bodies: Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He is also an associate member of Institute of Capital Market Registrars. Before joining Reward Investments & Services Ltd in March 2007, he has worked in several stockbroking firms such as International Standard Securities Ltd, Forte Asset Management Ltd and Oasis Capital Portfolio Ltd were he was the GM/CEO. He has attended many management and professional courses both locally and abroad and he is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance and the West Africa Capital Market School.

Eyitayo Bolaji Chief Operating Officer

Eyitayo Bolaji has over fifteen years of experience in the capital market and has a deep understanding of its operations. He has a strong customer relationship skill, attention to detail, and effective team player. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK), and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). Additionally, he is an Associate Fellow, Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP). Eyitayo is an authorized dealing clerk with Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX), NASD, and the Lagos Commodity and Futures Exchange. He is also a registered Sponsored Individual with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He began his career with Reward Investments & Services Limited as a Registrar Liaison Officer, eventually advancing to Head of Operations and Securities Trader. He then moved to Anchoria Investment & Securities Ltd to lead their Sales Trading Unit before returning to Reward Investments & Services Limited as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Adeyemi Timothy Chief Financial Officer

Adeyemi Timothy began his professional journey in 2014 with Deinde Odusanya & Co., working as a consultant in the Transaction Advisory unit. In 2015, he progressed to UAC Nigeria Plc, where he served as the Risk and Compliance Manager for MDS Logistics, a subsidiary of UACN, overseeing operations across the South East and South South regions. In this role, he managed compliance across 12 locations, providing essential advisory support on governance, risk management, and control for strategic decision-making. Currently, Timothy serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Reward Investments and Services Ltd. He is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Accounts and Finance department, ensuring that internal accounting procedures and policies are robust, sound, and fully compliant with regulatory bodies such as the SEC and NSE. Timothy's academic qualifications include a first degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK, earned in 2014. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and completed his MBA at Edinburgh Business School in 2023.

Blessing Chidi Egbulle(ACS, DCP, FERP) Chief Compliance Officer

Blessing Chidi Egbulle is the Chief Compliance Officer and holds a B.Sc Management from Imo State University, Owerri, Imo State. She holds a certificate in Enterprise Risk Management, she is also a Chartered Stockbroker with the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, a Designate Compliance Professional from Compliance Institute, Nigeria and also an Associate Fellow, Enterprise Risk Management Professional. Blessing is a sponsored individual with the Securities & Exchange Commission. She is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the capital market. Prior to her engagement with Reward Investments & Services Limited, she started her working career with Networth Securities Limited and later joined Oasis Capital Portfolio Limited as the Customer Relationship Officer in 2004.

Prince Olumuyiwa Adenola Head of Operations

Prince Olumuyiwa Adenola is a brilliant and enterprising young man with over Eighteen years cognate experience in the Capital market, His last place of work before joining Reward Investments & Services Limited was Readings Investments Limited where he was the Head of Operations. He has a good understanding of the operations of the Capital Market. He holds HND in Marketing from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, Kwara State. He also has PGD in Management and MBA in Marketing from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomoso, Oyo State. He is currently an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, an Authorized Dealing Clerk of the NGX and a Registered Sponsored Individual of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He has a proven passion for helping clients add value to their wealth through diversification and management of their portfolios to achieve maximum returns. Olumuyiwa is a thorough-bred service professional and an excellent team player.

Adiamo Olumide Head of IT

Olumide is a seasoned Network and System Administrator with a B.Sc in Computer Science from the National Open University. He holds certifications as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS). His experience includes roles in IT support and implementation at Advanced Consulting Ltd (Adsoft), serving as Assistant Head of IT at Intercontinental Registrars, and positions at Tomil Trust Ltd. He has provided consultancy services to De-United Foods Industries and Intercontinental Properties, prior to his current role at Reward Investments & Services Ltd.

Olaniyi Joseph HR Officer

Olaniyi is a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. A student member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. Olaniyi is the Human Resources personnel at reward Investments & Services Limited. He has cognitive years of experience spanning close to twenty(20) years. He has worked with Afro Maritime Services as Superintending Officer. He has also worked with United Parcel Service as Treasury Assistant before joining Reward Investments & Services Limited in the year 2002. His working career started with Oasis Capital Portfolio Limited from where he joined Reward Investments & Services Limited in 2008.

Jaceinta Ijeoma Ekeada Risk Officer

Jaceinta is a graduate of Lagos State University (LASU), where she studied History and International Relations. She is also an Associate Member of the Enterprise Risk Management Professional. She joined Reward Investments & Services Limited in 2021 as a Customer Relationship Officer from where she rose to the position of Risk Officer. Jaceinta has nine years’ experience which covers various aspects of Stockbroking.
