Henry Tuesday Olayemi, FCS

Chairman

A graduate of Finance from the University of Lagos and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. He started his career with Messrs Milestone Investments and Services Ltd in 1984 as an Investment Executive. He rose to the position of a Consultant in 1987 before he resigned his appointment to join RIV Investment and services Ltd in 1988 as the Pioneer Manager. In 1989, he resigned his appointment to join RIMS Securities Ltd as Assistant Manager in charge of Stock broking, held many senior management positions within RIMS Group before he resigned as General Manager in charge of Capital Markets in 1995. He played a major role in most of the Capital Markets issues handled by RIMS securities Ltd and participated actively in the last phase of the privatization and commercialization exercise under TCPC. He joined Reward Investments and Services Ltd in 1995 as the Pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has successfully packaged either as an Issuing House or as Stockbroker to a number of issues, amongst which are DN Meyer Plc, Dumez Nig Plc, Hallmark Paper Products Plc, Zenith Bank, GTB Bank, Cornerstone Insurance Plc amongst others. Mr. Olayemi is a past President and Chairman of Council of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an alumnus of The New York Institute of Finance, West African Capital Market School (WACMS) and ISMA Centre of The University of Reading. Mr. Olayemi retired as the Managing Director of Reward Investments & Services Ltd in 2015 and was appointed as the chairman of the company.

Oni Felix Sunday Director

Mr. Oni Felix Sunday holds an HND in accountancy from Yaba College of Technology. He joined Nigerian Ropes Plc in 1997 as sales clerk from where he rose to the Insurance Plc as Manager Accounts in 1992 from where he has risen to the position of Managing Director He has attended many overseas and local courses. He has keen interest in capital market.

Eyitayo Bolaji Managing Director/CEO

Eyitayo Bolaji has over fifteen years of experience in the capital market and has a deep understanding of its operations. He has a strong customer relationship skill, attention to detail, and effective team player. He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking and Finance from the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (UK), and the Institute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR). Additionally, he is an Associate Fellow, Association of Enterprise Risk Management Professionals (AERMP). Eyitayo is an authorized dealing clerk with Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX), NASD, and the Lagos Commodity and Futures Exchange. He is also a registered Sponsored Individual with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He began his career at Reward Investments & Services Limited as a Registrar Liaison Officer and steadily rose through the ranks to become Head of Operations and a Securities Trader. He later moved to Anchoria Investment & Securities Ltd, where he led the Sales Trading Unit. He subsequently returned to Reward Investments & Services Limited as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer charged with the day-to-day running of the organization.

Engr. Abayomi Akande Director

Engr. Akande is a Building Engineer with several years in the construction industry. He retired from the Federal service in 2002 to set up Villas Construction Nigeria Limited. He is the chairman of Peek Furniture and Interiors Limited. He is on the Board of several other companies. He has keen interest in the capital markets and our valued clients since 1996.

Sunday Ademola Babarinde (MBA,FCA,FCS, FCTI,ACMR) Director

Mr. Babarinde, is the immediate past Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Reward Investments & Services Limited. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy and an MBA in Banking and Finance. Mr. Babarinde is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Capital Market Registrars. Before joining Reward Investments & Services Limited in March 2007, Mr. Babarinde held key positions in several stockbroking firms, including International Standard Securities Ltd, Forte Asset Management Ltd, and Oasis Capital Portfolio Ltd, where he served as General Manager/CEO. He has attended various management and professional training programs both locally and internationally. He is an alumnus of the New York Institute of Finance and the West African Capital Market Institute. Mr Babarinde currently serves as a council member of both the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and the Institute of Capital Market Registrar. He is also a non-executive director of NGX Group Plc.

Dauda Kolapo Adedeji Director

He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Mr Adedeji holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and Executive MBA with emphasis on Marketing from the ESUT Business School, Lagos. He is an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a senior member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN). He has over 25 years’ experience in Audit Practice, Management Accounting and Insurance. Currently, he is the Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Niger Insurance Plc.
