HENRY T. OLAYEMI, FCS (MD/CEO)
A graduate of Finance from the University of Lagos and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers,he started his career with Messrs Milestone Investments and Services Ltd in 1984 as an Investment Executive. He rose to the position of a Consultant in 1987 before he resigned his appointment to join RIV Investment and services Ltd in 1988 as the Pioneer Manager. In 1989, he resigned his appointment to join RIMS Securities Ltd as Assistant Manager in charge of Stock broking, held many senior management positions within RIMS Group before he resigned as General Manager in charge of Capital Markets in 1995. He played a major role in most of the Capital Markets issues handled by RIMS securities Ltd and participated actively in the last phase of the privatization and commercialization exercise under TCPC. He joined Reward Investments and Services Ltd in 1995 as the Pioneer Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has successfully packaged either as an Issuing House or as Stockbroker to a number of issues, amongst which are DN Meyer Plc, Dumez Nig Plc, Hallmark Paper Products Plc, Zenith Bank, GTB Bank, Cornerstone Insurance Plc amongst others. Mr. Olayemi is the immediate past President and Chairman of Council of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and an alumnus of The New York Institute of Finance, West African Capital Market School (WACMS) and ISMA Centre of The University of Reading.
S. ADEMOLA BABARINDE (FCA, FCS) CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Mr Babarinde is the Chief Operating Officer of the company charged with the operational responsibilities of the organization. He read Accountancy from The Polytechnic Ibadan and has MBA in Banking and Finance. Mr Babarinde is a Chartered Stockbroker and also an associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Before joining Reward Investments & Services Ltd in March 2007, he has worked in several stockbroking firms such as International Standard Securities Ltd, Forte Asset Management Ltd and Oasis Capital Portfolio Ltd were he was the GM/CEO. He has attended many management and professional courses both locally and abroad.
DAVID ADEBAYO ALABI (ACS) ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
He holds a B.Sc. Honors Degree of Microbiology from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He lectured at the same institution from 1980-1989 before he resigned his appointment as a lecturer. He joined Tripod Holdings Ltd & later joined Majestic Securities Ltd a stockbroking firm, where he commenced his career in the capital market. He joined Reward Investments & services Ltd in 1995. He is a chartered Stockbroker and the Head of the stock broking department. He has attended several courses both locally and abroad. He has great in-depth of the market.
OLUSEGUN AMUSA (ACS, ACA) HEAD ASSET TRADING
 He is the company's Head of asset trading & Management. He joined the company in November 1999. He is a Chartered Accountant and has worked as Assistant Accountant, Indres & Devcon Group (1992-1993), Audit Team Leader, Olu Adasonla & Co. (Chartered Accountants) 1994-1995; Audit Manager, Alabi, Bakoh, Ekundare & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as well as the Head, Hasec Nominees Ltd- the Management Consultant/ Secretariat Unit of this firm from March 1996- August 1999. He is a Chartered Stockbroker and has attended courses both locally and internationally.
ABIMBOLA A. ADEYEMI (MRS.) DEPUTY MANAGER OPERATIONS
She is the deputy Manager operations. She holds a B.Sc. Finance and MBA from the University of Lagos. She started her working career with First Bank of Nigeria Plc as an officer in the Foreign Operation Department of the International Banking Division and thereafter moved to Centrotech Ltd as Manager in charge of Finance and Admin. She took up employment with Reward Investment and Services in September 2004 is an alumnus of the West African Capital Market School (WACS) and currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).
AWOLOLA OLADIRAN BABATUNDE (HND, ACA) DEPUTY MANAGER (ACCOUNTS)
He was appointed Deputy Manager (Accounts) of Reward Investments & Services Ltd. in February 2007 having served as the Assistant Manager (Accounts) for 2 years. By virtue of his position, he heads the Accounts and Admin Departments. He holds HND in Accountancy from The Polytechnic, Ibadan and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has over 7 years audit experience having worked with the firm of Omoare Ogunnusi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before he joined Reward Investments & Services Ltd. in 2004. He has attended a number of courses and currently a level 3 student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) and MBA student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
OLAYEMI ADENIYI RICHARD (ASSISTANT MANAGER OPERATIONS)
He is a graduate of Business Administration from Babcock University Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State. he also holds a diploma certificate in Psychology from University of Jos. He is an Associate of Accounting Technician Scheme (AAT) and currently in his stage 1 of hte ICAN professional exams. He started his working career with Altrade Securities Limited as an Industrial Trainee before joining Reward Investments &Services Limited in 2004. He has attended a number of courses and currently a student member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS).
